I am a Registered and Accredited member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and I work to the BACP ethical framework.

I set up Farnham Counselling Practice in 2013 and started training as a Psychotherapist, in 2001 with a Foundation in Psychotherapy and Counselling at The Regent's School of Psychotherapy and Counselling in London. I completed my training with a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Integrative Humanistic Counselling at CPPD, one of the UK’s leading counselling training schools.

Whilst in training I was fortunate to work at Equniox Drug and Alcohol Centre in London, The Priory Group and Richmond Wellbeing.

 

I offer both short term and long term therapy for a variety of presenting issues, with adults and adolescents from diverse backgrounds which include some of the following issues:

• Anxiety/Depression                    

• Relationship Issues

• Work related Issues

• Stress Management

• Trauma

I offer counselling and Psychotherapy services in Central Farnham, close to Fleet, Farnborough, Aldershot, Alton, Guildford and Godalming. I can be flexible with clients and I can offer either face to face or remote via video or telephone sessions. In addition to my private practice I also work within the NHS, for TalkPlus offering short-term counselling and I am an associate at Questa Psychological Services.
